顾天奇，助理教授，特聘研究员。获澳大利亚悉尼大学法学博士学位、伦敦大学学院国际商法硕士学位、悉尼大学法学硕士学位及大连海事大学法学学士学位。博士期间获澳大利亚政府研究培训计划（Research Training Program, RTP）奖学金全额资助。曾任新加坡管理大学杨邦孝法学院博士后研究员，并在澳大利亚新南威尔士大学法学院从事教学工作。主要研究领域为国际经济法、数字经济与数据治理、比较商法及公司治理。研究成果发表于World Trade Review、Journal of Contemporary China、Review of European, Comparative & International Environmental Law (RECIEL)等国际高水平SSCI学术期刊。曾在亚洲法律学会年会（ASLI）、亚洲法律与社会学会年会（ALSA）、欧洲中国法研究协会年会（ECLS）等具有广泛国际影响力的法学学术会议报告研究成果。曾作为联合国欧洲经济委员会贸易便利化与电子业务中心（UN/CEFACT）注册专家，参与数字产品护照跨境法律冲突相关研究。
